Our first visit to Taos,NM was in 2000. We asked around,"Where's the best place to eat?"People around town said"Micheal's Kitchen."
They were right. The portion size is unbelieveable and great tasting. We look forward to our next visit to Taos in 2010. We have bragged to friends and restaurants in Denver--there is no other place I know that serves the portions and have a bakery like yours. True! I tell people you have to go to Taos to find the best place to eat.

Woke up this morning and asked my husband Mike if he could smell the wonderful aromas of Michaels Kitchen in Taos. Hashbrowns & green chile came to both our minds along with chile cheese bread from the bakery for lunch. Hope to visit soon!

We have enjoyed eating at Michaels for at least 30 years!
The first time in Taos we asked where do the locals eat? I can tell that still holds true!
Delicious food and good service.
I always have to buy the anise cookies.
